Currently serving in a leadership role within the downstream energy sector, Desmond oversees end-to-end operational activities including procurement coordination, inventory management, custody transfer reconciliation, terminal operations, logistics coordination, pricing analysis, and regulatory compliance.

His experience spans collaboration with Bulk Distribution Companies (BDCs), Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), terminal operators, transporters, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted petroleum product movement and accurate stock management.
