Bernice Rampson is a finance executive with over a decade of experience in treasury management, trade finance, and energy finance across Ghana and the UAE. She has built her career at the intersection of finance and Africa's petroleum industry, specializing in treasury operations, cross-border commodity trading, banking relationships, foreign exchange management, and structured trade finance.

She currently serves in dual leadership roles within the Fulcrum Energy Group. As Finance Manager of Fulcrum Energy LLC-FZ in Dubai, she oversees financial planning, budgeting, regulatory compliance, banking relationships, and internal controls for the UAE operations. Simultaneously, as Treasury and Trade Finance Manager of Fulcrum Energy Ghana, she leads liquidity management, foreign exchange strategy, trade finance, and banking operations that support petroleum imports and trading activities across Ghana.

Bernice's career spans progressive leadership roles at Busy Internet Ghana, Puma Energy Distribution Ghana, Commanda Energy, Ebony Oil & Gas, Ammital Trading DMCC, and Fulcrum Energy. Throughout her journey, she has developed expertise in treasury transformation, working capital optimization, commodity finance, pricing strategy, and financial risk management. Her experience in both Accra and Dubai has provided her with deep knowledge of the commercial, operational, and financial dynamics of cross-border energy trading.

Her technical expertise includes structuring letters of credit, bank guarantees, documentary collections, syndicated facilities, commodity-backed financing, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange hedging, and banking relationship management. She combines strong financial discipline with commercial insight, enabling businesses to improve liquidity, manage financial risk, and execute complex international transactions efficiently.

Driven by a passion for strengthening Africa's energy sector, she is a partner of Fulcrum Energy Ltd, a company focused on petroleum trading, brokerage, energy services, and innovative financing solutions. Her long-term vision is to advance energy security across Africa by improving access to capital, enhancing treasury and trade finance practices, and supporting sustainable growth within the continent's energy markets.

Academically, Bernice holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Accra Technical University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Master of Science in Energy Economics from GIMPA. She also serves as Secretary of the Ghana Association of Corporate Treasurers (Ghana Chapter), contributing to the advancement of treasury professionalism and best practices within the industry.
